Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • The product is returned with all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
  • The item is not damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is provided.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable
  • Personalized or customized products
  • Gift cards
  • Products that have been used, washed, damaged, or altered by the customer
  • Items returned without original packaging or tags

Return Process

To request a return:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
  3. If your request is approved, return instructions will be sent to you.
  4. Ship the product back in its original condition.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged item), Cornexe.shop will cover the return shipping cost.
  • For all other approved returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping charges.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be canceled before shipment.
  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible, and the order must follow the return process after delivery.
